Dismantling from September 2025 at the Lohr plant to be carried out by the buyer. Buyer bears all costs for dismantling, packaging, collection, and transport to their own facility (FCA).
The facility area must be cleared by mid-January 2026 at the latest to allow for installation of new production machinery.

Due to the high effort involved in dismantling, early and thorough planning with the dismantling contractor is required, as well as prompt contact or a site visit to the plant. More information can be found in the attached handout.
