Glass Washing Machine Baveloni LV1604-20

Illuminated discharge zone for quality control.
3 washing zones, each with its own water tank:
- The first tank, used for brush pair no. 1, is electrically heated and filled with detergent/water mixture.
- The second tank, for brush pair no. 2, uses cold water for rinsing.
- The third tank supplies washing zone 3 with spray nozzles for pure water rinsing.
This is followed by a drying zone, where air jets supplied by a fan ensure glass drying.

The machine is designed for glass heights up to 1600 mm but is open-top to allow for processing of taller glass panels.
Maximum glass thickness: 20 mm
Infeed section: 1400 mm long, machine body: 1820 mm, discharge section: 2000 mm long.
Automatic stop of the conveyor rollers when the glass reaches the end of the discharge section.

Operating manual, spare parts list, and wiring diagram are available.
The machine has been regularly serviced and is fully operational; it is scheduled for disassembly in week 31/32 of 2025.

Dismantling, loading, and transport should preferably be organized by the buyer, but can be arranged by us upon agreement.
