The Bavelloni NRG420 CNC machine is capable of the following operations:
- Internal and external edge machining
- Drilling
- Milling
- Scribing and engraving with diamond tools

- Internal automatic spindle cleaning (cone housing) via compressed air
- Pneumatic compressed air system to prevent dust and fluid ingress
- Dual cooling system: direct internal tool cooling with clean water / external cooling with recirculating water via nozzles located around the tool
- The following glass thicknesses can be processed: Float glass 3–12 mm / Laminated safety glass (LSG) 6–25.56 mm
- Electrical supply: 3-phase 400V, 50/60Hz
