Double Scissor Lift Table Type TMH 6000 *Special Construction

Beck lift tables bear the CE mark. They are manufactured in accordance with the applicable regulations for lift tables and are compliant with the Machinery Directive as well as EN 1570.

All steel components are cleaned, primed with anti-corrosion paint, and finished with a two-component polyurethane topcoat.

Base frame and platform painted Blue RAL 5015, scissors painted Orange RAL 2003. This ensures a durable and robust surface treatment.

With the new power units, the system featuring the pipe rupture valve has been modified. Now, a 3/2 valve is used, which, in combination with the solenoid valve, ensures safety in compliance with EN 1570. The valves are mounted directly on the cylinder and not on the power unit.

Additionally, the lowering time is fixed and not adjustable. If required, an alternative lowering speed can be provided at no extra cost. An adjustable lowering time is also available at an additional cost.

The tables are designed for a three-phase electrical connection of 3 x 400V/50Hz + PE, without neutral. The control box is mounted directly on the motor. Control voltage for all functions is 24V DC. Both the switch box with PLC and the operation box comply with protection class IP 65, and the entire table is rated as IP 54.

All motors operate at 1400 rpm, ensuring a long motor lifespan and low noise levels for the hydraulic system. All tables meet current noise protection requirements, with values from 52 dBA.
