This system is designed for efficient fabric spreading and preparation in the cutting room. It enables controlled handling of heavy fabric rolls, precise lay-up, and a smooth material flow prior to cutting.

The installation was operated as a standalone production line together with a Bergman cross-cut saw (unit 114 A). This combination allows for the efficient pre-cutting of fabric rolls to the desired length prior to spreading, thus optimizing workflow and reducing manual labor.

The system was in use in a professional garment manufacturing facility and remained functional up until the factory closure.
