Description:
The 1/BM grinding machine is capable of sharpening standard twist drills, diamond drills, Avyac drills with any drill point angle, taps, shank cutters, step drills, reamers, and countersinks, as well as producing step drills. It allows for the re-sharpening of most tools commonly found in a workshop. Thanks to its easy operation, no specialized training is required of the operator.

The 1/BM series machines all feature a cross-shaped head mounting the grinding group and a swiveling head with tool spindle, as well as a flag-like device for drill point thinning. The swiveling head is fitted with a six-position chuck, which, together with a locating plate, ensures simple and precise clamping of the tool to be sharpened at all times. It can be rotated so that drills with any desired point angle can be produced. Additionally, its cam mechanism enables the processing of tools with up to twelve cutting edges (six with the cams included). Coolant system included.
