Bioláng

We offer for sale a Bioláng brand, automated biomass boiler. The boiler has an output of 1.5 MW. The heat transfer medium was originally designed for flue gas, but this can be easily modified to suit the buyer’s requirements (water, pressurized water, steam, or thermal oil).

Fuel feeding is performed from a hopper via auger. The material entering the combustion chamber moves on a moving, inclined grate. Ash removal above and below the grate is fully automatic with three augers. The furnace is lined with fireclay bricks and is in like-new condition.

Included with the boiler are the primary, secondary, and tertiary fans, as well as a chimney fan. The chimney fan is preceded by a multiclonal dust separator.

The boiler is currently not equipped with temperature and draft sensors, but provisions for these have been installed: 1 position in the combustion chamber and 1 position for a post-combustion temperature and draft sensor.

The equipment has been barely used (few operating hours) and is in excellent condition. Testing is not possible. The device is for sale due to the manufacturer ceasing operations.
