Blobel spill barrier, single-sided pivoting

The ideal solution for securing the area of a lifting platform or dock leveller.

The barrier is permanently installed and can be pivoted to one side. It is easy to operate, versatile in application, and can be flexibly upgraded from manual to automatic operation.

The swivel and clamping mechanism is securely mounted next to the opening to be protected and sealed against the building structure. The barrier body is bolted into the pivot joint and stands upright next to the opening in its resting position. It is secured against unintended lowering in compliance with accident prevention regulations (UVV).

In use, the lock is released, the spill barrier is folded down, and locked into the clamping device. The contact pressure of the clamping lever is adjustable, ensuring a reliable seal.

In the standard version, the barrier body is folded down manually, but an automatic upgrade is available.

Mounts and barrier body are preferably powder-coated in RAL 3020 (Traffic Red). All other metal parts are galvanized or made of aluminium.

Suitable for crack-free surfaces with minimal floor irregularities, such as concrete, checker plate and tear plate according to DIN 59220, tiles, stone.
