The base frame and moving platen are each made from a single-piece welded steel construction. Bearings are made of bronze in special steel; shafts, drawbars, and helical gears are produced from high-grade steel.

The ultra-fine eccentric bushings enable the most precise pressure adjustment. The eccentric bushings themselves are locked in place with safety gear wheels, preventing any unintentional alteration of the settings.

The large opening dimension and the platen positioning in three end positions facilitate easy loading and unloading, resulting in high average hourly productivity.

The slide guide is low-maintenance. It can be disengaged for continuous operation, single stroke, or dwell stroke modes. The molding accuracy is particularly high with counterbalancing. Individual dies are held with unchanged material without complex sheet feed. Material waste is reduced, as is the need to turn the stock.

All pressure rails are mounted on a mechanically infinitely adjustable auxiliary bridge.

Operator clearance is crucial for flawless feeding; a correctly positioned die-cut plate allows for immediate, trouble-free scrap removal and clear visibility of the band slides and pressure rollers.

The punching pressure is distributed by the diameter of the punching wheels across several large blocks, which have their fixed seating faces in the platen. This provides integrated strength with the machine base.

All electrical equipment is designed for 220/230 V ~ 50 Hz, unless otherwise specified for a different voltage.

Power transmission and braking are achieved via an electro-pneumatic clutch; a compressor with pressurized air tank is included. A central lubrication system is installed.

The pneumatic locking devices are fully integrated. When operating in timer mode, a yellow warning lamp above the machine is activated. An additional hand safety bar above the edge of the closed platen ensures immediate stop of the platen on activation.

The control cabinet next to the machine prevents vibration of the electrical components. Optionally, it can be supplied with an unwinding device and a movable switching hub.
