ASK - 0 Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine; Used for polishing sheet and metal parts after press and heat treatment, cleaning and roughening of castings, pre-paint and rubber coating preparation, transferring forged parts to canvases, and refurbishment of old components.

Ø: 800 H: 700 - equipped with 2 turbines, each Ø 325mm, with 6 blades.

The blast chamber is constructed from ST-37 steel sheet, with critical exposure areas reinforced using Brinell or manganese wear plates.

The interior of the blast chamber is lined with rubber sheets to protect against abrasion during the shot blasting process. Rubber linings are secured to the chamber using mounting strips. (Optional full manganese armor plating is available upon customer request.)

Wear plate cladding features a bolted design, facilitating quick and easy replacement by your company’s authorized personnel in case of future wear.

The chamber door can be operated pneumatically or manually, based on preference. It features a twin-wing design (two leaves).

A locking mechanism is fitted to the chamber door to prevent accidental opening during the blasting process.

Additionally, a sensor or switch is integrated to immediately halt the blasting operation if the chamber door is open.

A rail system, suspension gear assembly, and optional crane are incorporated to ensure easy handling and movement of workpieces within the blast chamber.

A full automation panel is included. Panel components are Siemens/Schneider branded. Machine operation is governed via a 10” PLC touchscreen display.
