A shot blasting chamber is an enclosed space used for cleaning, roughening, or preparing surfaces made of metal, concrete, stone, or wood.
Inside the chamber, abrasive material (such as quartz sand, steel shot, aluminum oxide, corundum, or glass granulate) is ejected at high speed using compressed air.
This process removes rust, paint, oxides, or contaminants and enables the desired surface roughness to be achieved.

Main Components of the Sandblasting Chamber

Working chamber:
A steel construction whose walls are lined with wear-resistant materials.

Blasting equipment (nozzle system):
Mixes compressed air with the abrasive and directs it towards the workpiece surface.

Dust extraction system (air filtration):
Removes dust from the air and maintains a clean working environment.

Abrasive recovery system:
Collects used abrasive, cleans it, and enables its reuse.

Operator equipment:
The operator wears protective clothing, a helmet with air supply, gloves, and an overall.
