Drum Shot Blasting Machine;

Consists of a Cabin, Turbine System, Recycling System, Filtration System, Control Panel, Platform, Hydraulic Loading-Unloading Unit, and Vibrating Sieve.

Blasting is performed as the rubber belt, wound around three drums, rotates the virtual barrel-shaped chamber, while the turbine throws steel shots onto the parts.

The blasting cabin is manufactured from ST-37 steel plate. Areas directly targeted by the turbines at the hot point are reinforced with wear-resistant manganese steel plate, while other areas are reinforced with Hardox plate. (Full manganese steel plate lining is optional)

The wear-resistant plating is designed with bolts for future replacement of parts due to wear, allowing easy changeover by your authorized personnel.
