Previous fixes:
- The water separator tank in the central air distribution was cracked and leaking a small amount of air. It has been replaced.
- Replacement of plastic slideways for the bedway covers.
- By Controlsystem Kft.: Comprehensive geometric inspection and adjustment of the C-axis bearing wedge and leveling according to the machine feet. The new geometric data speak for themselves.
Wear on the tool change arm, as shown in the documentation, is the responsibility of the new owner; the price reflects this depreciation. Pictures of the current wear condition are included in the images. To date, the machine also changes tools quickly and reliably with the "aged, worn-replace" lever.
In June 2020, end switch cables for the X and Y axes within the energy chain—running from the control cabinet to the switches without splicing—were replaced.
Loading the equipment onto a truck at our site's gate can be arranged under the buyer's responsibility. Delivery from its current location remains the responsibility and obligation of the seller. I am happy to provide contact details for shipping assistance if required. No trade-ins, device exchanges, or credits, etc.—not possible due to spatial limitations at our plant.
