Note on machine concept:
Unmanned complete machining of cubic workpieces 24/7. Material supply via bar feeder D100 / 3000 mm for round and profile materials. Rotary table as positioning axis and machining of the 4 surrounding sides via vertical milling spindle. End face machining (5th side) horizontally with swivel head. Clamping of the workpiece via chuck, part separation, and 180° rotation, machining of the 6th side also horizontally with swivel head. Part removal and discharge system to parts storage.

Note on machine condition:
The machine was factory overhauled and technically updated by Chiron (CMS) in 2017.
The last spindle replacement was performed in September 2025.
The last manufacturer service was carried out in October 2025 (major annual service at 4,000 h).
The machine has been continuously maintained, repaired, and kept up to date by the manufacturer under a full-service contract (preventive maintenance) from purchase until today.
