With the FORMA Z, bending can be performed both upwards and downwards, eliminating the need to flip the workpiece and enabling fast processing of complex sheet metal components by a single operator. The rotating combination upper beam with two tool set-ups and its unique geometry provide an unrivalled working area. The automatic tool clamping system is quick and features ergonomic tool change functionality. The bending beam features automatic crowning, automatic adjustment of the bending axis, and automatic sheet thickness compensation, ensuring outstanding bending quality across all material thicknesses and over the entire working length. A large array of vacuum grippers secures workpieces precisely at any position along the back gauge, whether handling large or small sheets, single parts, or batch processing. The back gauge is available in various versions, giving you flexibility in how you operate the machine and manage sheet guidance to and from the machine. In addition, the FORMA Z is fast, enabling you to increase your output in less time!
