Universal horizontal-axis bed balancer with belt drive, supporting up to 700 kg load capacity. An optional rotor drive from the headstock using a cardan shaft is also available. The machine enables balancing of various rotor types such as motors, paper mill rolls, fans, pumps, spindles, and many other machine components. The balancing process is managed by the latest “ROTORTEST 9.5” measurement system, equipped with dedicated software including workshop modules to convert unbalance values into suitable correction methods, such as for drilling or milling parameters.

Key advantages of this type of balancer are its universal application, high measurement accuracy, and a simple, quick calibration method known as “manufacturer’s calibration”, which eliminates the need for calibration runs before starting measurements. The entire procedure requires only the input of basic rotor parameters into the software. This machine is an excellent choice for balancing single units of various rotor models as well as large series of the same model. The machine ensures high balancing accuracy and short cycle times. Only highest-quality components from renowned global brands are used in the construction of this balancer.

The offered unit is a demonstration machine, but both its operation and appearance are in perfect condition.
