A CDP-99 stud welding unit for capacitor discharge ignition, a fully automatic stud feeder, and a KAH100 welding head are integrated. The machine offers a working area of 500 x 500 mm. The system is intuitive and easy to operate and program, even for untrained personnel. Welding positions can be entered via cross laser and hand-held control through a teach-in process.
