Like-new container office consisting of 3x 20-foot containers from Containex (office container with 40 m² floor space).

Location: Waldhambach, Alsace, in eastern France, 45 km from Saarland. When the container office is transferred to Germany, the purchase price is tax-free, as this qualifies as an intra-community delivery exempt from VAT.

Hardly used, in excellent condition. Purchased new and installed in April 2023. Ideally designed, for example, as a reception office for truck deliveries/dispatches on industrial sites.

The container office has two entrance doors. One entrance on the left side is intended for visitors and suppliers, leading to a reception area with a reception counter and a restroom.

The second entrance is for staff and leads to the staff office, also with a reception counter on the right side. Behind the counter are two workstations. Opposite, there is a third workstation with a reception counter for visitors/suppliers.

There is commercial privacy between the reception area for visitors/suppliers and the staff area thanks to a lockable intermediate door.

Additionally, adjacent to the staff area, there is a meeting room/dining area with an integrated kitchen. Here, there is the option to take over the furniture and electrical appliances (Delonghi coffee machine, Liebherr refrigerator, microwave).
