The refrigerated compressed air dryer is designed to reduce the temperature of compressed air and remove water and oil particles contained in the air stream. 1. Air-to-air heat exchanger
In the first stage of the process, inlet air passes through a heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by the colder air exiting the evaporator. The use of counterflow heat recovery improves the overall system's energy efficiency.
2. Refrigeration circuit evaporator
In the second stage, the compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled down to a dew point temperature of 3°C. This results in condensation of water vapors and oil particles contained in the air.
3. Condensate separator
After cooling, the air-condensate mixture enters an efficient separator, where the condensate is separated and automatically discharged from the unit.
4. Fan control system
Variable-speed fan technology allows intelligent adaptation of cooling power to actual demand, reducing energy consumption and increasing component lifespan.
