The refrigerated compressed air dryer is designed to reduce the temperature of compressed air and remove water and oil particles contained in the airflow. Refrigerated dryers are essential in applications where moist air could cause corrosion, contamination, or damage to tools, machinery, or finished products. By removing moisture, the dryer increases the reliability and longevity of compressed air systems.

The refrigerated air dryer has been engineered with maximum efficiency and durability in mind. The main construction elements include:

1. Air-to-air heat exchanger

In the first stage of the process, the incoming air passes through a heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by the colder air exiting the evaporator. The use of counterflow configuration enables heat recovery, enhancing the overall energy efficiency of the system.

2. Refrigeration circuit evaporator

In the second stage, compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled down to a dew point temperature of 3°C. This results in the condensation of contained water vapor and oil particles.

3. Condensate separator

After cooling, the gas and condensate mixture passes into a high-efficiency separator, where the condensate is separated and automatically discharged from the unit.

4. Fan control system

Variable speed fan technology enables intelligent adjustment of cooling intensity according to actual demand, thus reducing energy consumption and extending component lifespan.
