The refrigerated compressed air dryer is designed to lower the temperature of compressed air and remove water and oil particles contained in the airflow. Refrigerated dryers are essential in applications where humid air could cause corrosion, contamination, or damage to tools, machinery, or finished products. By removing moisture, the dryer increases the reliability and longevity of compressed air systems.

The refrigerated air dryer is engineered for maximum efficiency and durability. The main construction elements include:

1. Air-to-air heat exchanger
In the first stage, inlet air passes through the heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by the cooler air exiting the evaporator. The use of a counterflow system improves the energy efficiency of the entire unit through heat recovery.

2. Refrigeration evaporator
In the second stage, compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled down to a dew point of 3°C. This process condenses the water vapor and oil particles present in the air.

3. Condensate separator
After cooling, the gas and condensate mixture is directed to a high-efficiency separator where the condensate is separated and automatically discharged outside the unit.

4. Fan control system
The variable-speed fan technology allows for intelligent adjustment of cooling intensity according to actual demand, which reduces energy consumption and extends component lifespan.
