Sliding Gantry Frame made from High-Pressure Cast Aluminum:
The gantry frame is manufactured using high-pressure forming technology with a 4300-ton press, utilizing an alloy grade common in the aerospace industry. Aging treatment provides high durability. Aerospace aluminum offers many advantages including good ductility, low weight, resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and ease of machining.

Bed Structure:
The bed is internally honeycomb-structured, made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase the bed’s strength, and improve rigidity and stability of the guide rail to effectively prevent its deformation.
