Sliding Gantry Frame made from High-Pressure Cast Aluminum:
The sliding gantry frame is produced using high-pressure casting technology—4300 tons of pressure—using an alloy grade applied in the aerospace industry. The aging process endows the frame with high strength. Aerospace-grade aluminum offers several advantages, such as excellent ductility, low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and ease of machining.

Bed Structure:
The bed construction features a honeycomb internal structure made from numerous welded rectangular tubes. Stiffeners placed inside the tubes further increase the bed’s strength, enhance the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, and effectively prevent deformation.

Raytools Cutting Head:
