Magnetic coolant cleaner separator is an industrial device designed for continuous purification of coolant fluids and oils from ferromagnetic particles generated during machining processes. Through fully automatic, continuous operation, it effectively removes chips and fine metal particles from circulating media, reducing machine wear and minimizing downtime related to coolant exchange or filtration.

Construction and operating principle
The separator is engineered for mechanical, maintenance-free separation of metallic contaminants from process media. The core working element is a stainless steel magnetic drum, which, while rotating, attracts ferromagnetic particles from the flowing coolant. Collected contaminants are then removed and transported out of the working zone.
The removal of collected particles is handled by a shaft assembly:
Magnetic shaft – responsible for capturing and retaining metal particles during separation,
Rubber-coated pressure shaft – stabilizes contaminant removal and helps direct them into the waste container.
The separator’s design also includes a tank to ensure controlled flow of media through the separation zone. Thanks to this construction, the device can operate in a continuous cycle, reliably removing contaminants without operator intervention.
