The compact processing center for deburring, deslagging, derusting, oxide layer removal, edge rounding, fine grinding up to polishing of metal surfaces.

This machine is suitable for heavy-duty applications.

With a fixed working height, the machine can be optimally integrated into a production line and is suitable for processing large parts.

By using abrasive belts with a length of 3250 mm, you achieve a consistently smooth surface and reduce consumable costs, as these belts offer a longer service life.

The modular design of these machines allows for the optimal configuration according to the customer’s processing requirements.

The machine structure can accommodate up to 5 internal processing units and 2 additional external processing units.

The high rigidity of the machine frame and feed table, combined with advanced mechanics and electronics, make this series a universal processing center for deburring and finishing applications.
