Constructed from 19mm Forescolour, comprising a milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis assembly in compact board, and subframe with adjustable machine feet. The router bed acts as a sacrificial plate, made from 19mm MDF. Table slots are pre-configured longitudinally and transversely. Mechanical set consists of profile guides including bearing blocks, ball screw spindle, and precision racks. All components are assembled, pre-lubricated, tested and immediately ready for operation. Control system set includes control wiring, energy chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high-performance drives, power supply unit, and toroidal transformer, fully pre-assembled in the control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis. Contact relays for automatic control of the existing dust extraction system.

Brush seals provide dust protection. CE-compliant safety measures through movable dust extraction system and a side-mounted laser scanner for workspace monitoring, covering a field of 275° and 5.5m (machine positioned in a room corner). Hand control unit equipped with all necessary machine operation functions, including emergency stop button and dead man's switch. Tool length sensor for tool measurement and active zero-point adjustment. High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW including clamping nut, frequency converter, line filter, braking resistor, and collet set. Built-in monitor, including mini PC with Windows 10, Beamicon2 control software, mouse and keyboard, all pre-installed in an ergonomic console. CAD license Rhino 7.0 and CAM license Estlcam V11 as well as all necessary documentation will be sent via email before delivery.

- Router bed designed as a vacuum table, consisting of six individually adjustable segments. Cross table made of PE with a cover plate made of MDF. Becker-brand vacuum pump with a capacity of 160m³/h, oil-lubricated. Electrical connection of the vacuum pump requires a 16A, 400V three-phase plug. Customer to provide 3mm HDF, raw on both sides, for the entire vacuum table (3000x2100mm), as a sacrificial plate. (Recommended application: processing coated wood-based materials)
