Do not compromise on surface quality. Easy Paint extraction walls are the ideal cost-effective solution for effective capture and filtration of paint mist as well as extraction of solvent fumes. Robust and powerful, yet economical in consumption.

The IPE double filtration system provides two filter stages for maximum separation efficiency of up to 99%. The cardboard labyrinth filter, with its folded filter pockets, captures significantly more overspray (up to 18 kg/m² of filter area) than conventional filter mats. The downstream fiberglass secondary filter only retains very fine residual particles.

As a guideline, the cardboard labyrinth filter, depending on the type of paint used, has a service life of approximately 150 to 200 painting hours. The fiberglass filter only needs to be replaced after approximately 900 to 1200 painting hours, thus only after every 5th or 6th cardboard filter change.

Easy Paint is also equipped with a lower intake opening to quickly and safely extract solvent fumes at floor level or from floor pits.

Thanks to this additional downward-facing intake, the Easy Paint can be connected to a floor pit or floor tray for underfloor extraction. The front-mounted filter cassette also facilitates filter changes here.
