DEFUM WHB 150

We offer a Defum WHB 150 horizontal boring machine.
- The machine is currently dismantled for modernization.
- The machine will be upgraded to CNC with Siemens control.
The first three photos attached to the listing show the same type of WHB 150 DEFUM boring machine, previously modernized by our company for another customer.

Scope of modernization:
1. Mechanical section:
• Dismantling of the machine, modernization of all subassemblies
• Guideways will be reground, lined with sliding material, and hand-scraped
• The spindle head will be overhauled with replacement of all bearings, clutches, and damaged parts
• Independent drives for Z and X axes will be installed
• Telescopic covers will be refurbished
• Machine hydraulics – overhauled
• Central lubrication
OPTIONAL:
- Possibility to manufacture a rotary table (the current machine did not have one)

2. Electrical section:
• The control system will be upgraded to Siemens with new drives, feed motors, and main spindle motor
• Control cabinet with equipment – new
• Wiring – new
• Heidenhain linear scales and encoders – new
