Machine for concrete pile drilling, soil improvement and vibro compaction. Carrier unit: Sennebogen SR25BT (year 2008) with Delmag RH18 rotary head attachment (year 2009). Drilling table travel: 12.50m, total height: 19.91m. Radius: 3.165 - 4.00m. Feed winch, freewheeling supply winch, auxiliary winch, rear platform. Drilling table SHT25. THE KDK ROTARY DRILL HEAD BT180-2 IS NOT INCLUDED – THIS IS A PURE SOIL IMPROVEMENT MACHINE, Drilling gearbox MBDA 3500 ABI. With single auger. NO Kelly bar. Mast support cylinder, automatic alignment. Hydraulic telescopic undercarriage with adjustable width from 3.0m to 4.40m. The CAT C9 engine was overhauled by CAT in 2015 at 3,304 operating hours. Drills and drill accessories sold separately. Also available: mobile mixing plant by MAT, consisting of mixing tank (capacity 20 m³/h), feed screw conveyor, agitating tank (capacity 4,000L) and plunger pump with remote control. The machine’s condition corresponds to its operating hours. At the inspection in 2023, the machine ran/functioned without any abnormalities. As of October 2024, storage-related deterioration was noted on valves, controls, and hydraulic hoses. It is not possible to operate the machine with 2 attachments at the same time. The machine shows age- and hour-related wear and tear to pins and bushings as well as typical signs of use (dents, scuffing, etc.). The machine was not tested under load. The machine was used with 55 and 80 paddles. Following service and repair of the storage-related deterioration, the unit will be ready for operation.
