The automatic DENN spinning machine allows for both metal spinning and flow forming. Both processes employ precision rollers that shape the workpiece by exerting pressure on an element rotating at high speed. Flow forming differs as the workpiece is shaped via incremental passes of the roller along the mandrel, enabling production of parts with even wall thickness and a more uniform surface finish.
The robust machine frame houses all essential components engineered to the highest technical standards, including a heavy-duty and reliable bed, hydraulic tailstock, and headstock with an internal ejector for finished components. The entire system is complemented by control elements that provide operators with full interaction and control over the machine.
The NTR 130/50 spinning machine is offered with an extensive range of accessories, including CAD/CAM software, an additional support roller, and trimming tools. Over its service life, the machine has only operated for 1,323 hours. The total weight of the machine is approximately 9,000 kg.
