Machine history
• Functional description: The robotic cell was originally designed for feeding a cutlery packaging machine. The system picked stacked forks from special boxes and transferred them at a loading speed of 100 pieces per minute onto a packaging conveyor. While the two SCARA robots operated correctly, the box changing system (empty vs. full boxes) was not optimally designed, which is why the robotic cell was eventually decommissioned.
