Robust steel construction – engineered for continuous operation

The base frame is manufactured from a durable structural steel construction, utilizing laser-cut, press-braked, and welded components.
The surface is finished with a high-quality powder coating in RAL0208.

Modular design:
Our conveyor belt frames are available as transportable segments.
This ensures the system is:

- Easy to transport and assemble
- Extendable or reducible at any time
- Ideally suited for future modifications or system adaptations

Conveyor technology & support rollers

The lower belt support roller design ensures smooth and reliable operation:

- Shaft diameter: 60/15 mm
- Roller station pitch: approx. 500 mm (customizable)
- In the loading zone, a narrower roller spacing is available for increased load capacity

Drive & rollers

Both the drive and return pulleys are made from S235 steel, welded and precisely machined:

- Ø 220 × 700 mm, crowned finish
- Shaft fixed with tension bearings
- Bearing points equipped with robust UCF flange bearings including grease fittings

Drive unit:

- Hydromec worm gear motor 1.1 kW
- Belt speed: approx. 1.15 m/s
- Connection: 400V / 50 Hz, protection class IP54
- Drive prewired to motor terminal box (commissioning must be performed by a qualified electrician)
- Motor mounted pulling on the right side in conveying direction

Conveyor belt

A durable, industry-grade belt is used:

- DM EP250/2, 3+1.5 cover
- Chevron profile, 17 mm high, 650 mm wide
- Plain splice area
- Endless hot vulcanized
