Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR10A extends the payload limit to 10 kg, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1,300 mm, the CR10A meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR10A features the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, allowing direct connection of multiple end tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive monitoring of operational status.

More possibilities with high payload and large reach.
The CR10A offers a working radius of 1,300 mm and a maximum payload of 10 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR10A operates with greater stability and displays 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface ports for increased flexibility
The CR10A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols for seamless PLC integration. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits, enabling easy expansion for various applications.

High protection level for safe collaboration.
Both the robot arm and control unit meet the high IP54 protection standard. The robot automatically triggers an alarm in case of overload. Additionally, the CR10A is equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system that reduces the drop height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
