With a working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the demands of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

The CR12A utilizes the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base, providing intuitive recognition of the operating status.

The CR12A offers a working radius of 1200 mm and a maximum payload of 12 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A operates more stably, with 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface ports for greater flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, enabling seamless integration with PLCs. It is equipped with 24 digital I/O ports, industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits, simplifying application expansion.

High protection level for safe collaboration.
The robot arm and control unit achieve a high protection rating of IP54. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system, reducing the drop distance of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
