The CR16A features the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end-of-arm tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of the operating state.

The CR16A offers a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16A operates with enhanced stability and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 Interface Connections for Greater Flexibility
The CR16A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols for seamless integration with PLC systems. It offers 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits, enabling easy extension for various applications.

High Level of Protection for Safer Collaboration
The robot housing and control unit achieve protection rating IP54. In case of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. Additionally, the CR16A features an innovative electromagnetic brake protection, which reduces the dropping height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
