This machine is a demonstration unit. The only manual operations required on this wrapper are attaching and cutting the film. The model is robustly constructed with a weight of 600 kg and is suitable for loads of up to 1500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm in height. Cedpfjxf Ay Iox Adpshc With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and the film carriage, as well as a mechanical brake, you can precisely tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wrap settings. Wrapping programs available include upwards-only wrapping, up & down (cross-wrapping), and weatherproof wrapping. The wrapper can also be operated manually if desired. If the machine needs to be used at different locations, it can be easily relocated using the integrated forklift pockets. Optional equipment includes an access ramp and a photoelectric cell for detecting dark goods or black film. The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you want to upgrade from manual to automated pallet wrapping with minimal investment.
