Our KVK 1S – Economic is our most cost-effective option for acquiring a semi-automatic stretch wrapper.

With this machine, only attaching and cutting the film need to be performed manually. The model is robustly built, weighing 600 kg, and is designed for loads of up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,250 mm in height.

With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and the film carriage, as well as a mechanical brake, you can tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic detection of your pallets is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wrap cycles. The machine offers programs for “up only” wrapping, “up & down” (cross-wrap), and “rainproof” wrapping. Manual operation is also possible if needed.

If you need to use the wrapper at another location, it can easily be lifted and moved with a forklift using the integrated cut-outs.

Optional accessories include a loading ramp and a photocell for detecting dark packages or black film.

The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you want to upgrade from manual to automatic pallet wrapping with minimal investment. This machine is ideal for shippers handling up to around 10 pallets per working day.
