The machine was used for riveting segment saw blades from Ø 400 to Ø 2000 mm.
Segments were manually mounted onto the carrier disc and fixed in place with straight rivet pins.
The opposing riveting units rivet the pin simultaneously from both sides.
The controlled rotary table automatically indexes to the next working position.
Ideal for saw blade manufacturers and repair shops.
