A flexographic printing, slitting, die-cutting, and gluing line with bundle ejector (Flexo Folder Gluer) for the production and processing of corrugated board by DY Machinery is available. Processes: feeding, printing, creasing, slitting, die-cutting, folding, gluing, bundle ejection. Production speed: 220 sheets/min, max. sheet feed X/Y: 1200mm/2750mm, max. print area X/Y: 1170mm/2700mm, min. sheet dimensions X/Y: 320mm/600mm, total machine weight: approx. 42t. 1) Belt feeder with vacuum, dust separator, speed display, and alignment unit. 2) Top-side flexo printing with nip roller feed, ink stop sensors, and automatic cleaning. 3) Creasing and slitting unit with trim and glue flap knives, slitting blade thickness: 8mm. 4) Rotary die cutter with polyurethane anvil and soft die-cutting system, die-cut dimensions: +/-25mm. 5) Downward folding and gluing unit with VALCO VC 350 AG system. 6) Top stacker with bundle retention system for bundle ejection. 7) ACCS-2000 central control system with an order memory capacity of 100,000. The entire line features remote control for flexo stations, folding and gluing unit, and bundle ejector. Documentation is available. Inspection on site possible. Expected availability from October 2025.
