WHAT IS AN OCTABIN TIPPER?

An Octabin tipper is an industrial automation system for the controlled and safe emptying of plastic granulate or regranulate from large-volume Octabin containers.

The Octabins are loaded by forklift and then lifted and tipped in a controlled manner via a hydraulic or chain-driven lifting system. The material is discharged into the lower hopper and can then be conveyed directly into the production line using vacuum or dosing systems.
