Function description:
The hot knife system allows precise and clean separation of film from the sheet edge after lamination, regardless of the material type. The integrated Scatec correction laser continuously monitors the position of the sheet and automatically adjusts the cutting position, ensuring perfect alignment of the film to the print edge. This solution minimizes errors and increases process repeatability, even at high production speeds.
