CNC machining center with 4 controlled axes and automatic spindle rotation (0–180°). This enables the machine to reach all 3 profile sides of the workpiece without manual repositioning. It is suitable for processing profile bars or parts made of aluminum, PVC, light metal alloys, and steel up to 2 mm thick. The machine features a manual tool magazine with 9 stations and an automatic tool magazine with 4 positions on the left side of the enclosure. There is also a second automatic tool magazine with 4 stations on the right side of the enclosure. Profile positioning is achieved by a pneumatic stop located on the left, with clamping provided by 4 robust clamps that are automatically positioned and monitored. With the second pneumatic stop on the right, machining of long bars up to double the machine's processing length is possible (overlength processing). Additionally, a movable clamping area facilitates loading and unloading and significantly increases the workable cross-section.
