Phantomatic X 6 HP

Machining center with 4 CNC-controlled axes for machining profile bars or parts made of aluminum, PVC, non-ferrous metals, and steel up to 7.7m in length.

Mode 1: Utilization of the entire available working length of a maximum of 7.7m.
Mode 2: Pendulum operation, which divides the machine into two machining zones. This allows alternate loading and unloading while machining is being carried out on the other side. On the X6 HP model, the positioning of the clamps is performed with two additional axes, independent of the machining cycle. The machine features an automatic tool changer with 8 positions, traveling on the portal of the X-axis, capable of accommodating 1 angle head and a disk mill for five-sided machining of the workpiece. The 4th CNC axis enables rotation of the milling spindle from 0° to 180° and positioning at any angle in between. The machine is thus able to perform machining operations on the top and sides of the profile at any inclination within the possible range. Additionally, a movable work table is available, which facilitates the loading and unloading of parts and significantly increases the machinable cross-section.

4-axis milling spindle head

The milling spindle with 7 kW in S1 and high torque also allows heavy-duty machining. The movement of the milling spindle along the A-axis enables rotation from 0° to 180°, making it possible to machine the profile on 3 sides without repositioning. Can be used for certain types of pressed steel profiles as well as aluminum profiles, thanks to a lubrication system that can be adjusted via software and whose dual tank allows the use of oil with minimal diffusion as well as micro-mist with oil emulsion.
