Emmegi Quadra L1

The QUADRA L1 consists of an automatic loading magazine and a gripper feed for profile lengths up to 7500 mm. The feed system transports the profile bar to the machining unit, which is equipped with six spindle motors capable of performing drilling and milling operations all around the profile. The sawing module is three-axis and fitted with a 600 mm diameter saw blade. The finished workpiece is conveyed out of the machining area onto the outfeed table by a discharge unit, where it is transported to the removal position via powered belts. The entire machining area is fully enclosed and can optionally be fitted with sound-absorbing mats.

Automatic loading magazine with a capacity of up to 15 profiles at a width of 100 mm. The profiles are conveyed into the gripping position via belt conveyor.

Automatic 3-axis CNC feed unit. Based on the profile data, the unit positions itself in the loading position according to the length and cross-section of the profile, in order to feed the bar into the processing unit.
