CNC 12-axis machining centre, designed to perform milling, drilling, and cutting operations on aluminium and light alloys in general. The QUADRA L1 consists of an automatic tool changer and a pusher feed system for profiles up to 7,500 mm, complete with clamping gripper drive. As the collet moves, the feeder returns to its initial position, allowing the loader to prepare the next profile simultaneously. The central section houses the milling module and the cutting module. The CNC 4-axis milling module is fitted with 4 to 6 electrospindles and allows complete contour machining of the workpiece, regardless of orientation. The CNC 3-axis cutting module features a 600 mm diameter blade with downward stroke movement. The QUADRA L1 also includes an automatic outfeed unit transporting material from the cutting area to the unloading magazine. This unit consists of a magazine with cross conveyors for unloading finished workpieces up to 4,000 mm long (7,500 mm optional). The machining unit can be optionally equipped with a sound-insulating enclosure for the central working area, which offers operator protection and reduces environmental noise.
