Pulse laser cleaning device

Eraser Laser GL-PM-200

For sale is a professional, pulsed laser cleaning machine (pulse laser) of the type GL-PM-200 from the manufacturer EraserLaser GmbH. The unit dates back to the 2025 model year, has very few operating hours, and is in excellent, fully functional condition.

In contrast to continuous CW lasers, this pulsed system is ideally suited for extremely precise and material-friendly cleaning. It is the ideal solution for demanding tasks where the base material (e.g., sensitive molds, historical components, weld seam preparation, or precision tools) must not be subjected to any thermal influence or material removal. Rust, paint, oils, and oxide layers are removed precisely and without leaving any residue.

Product benefits & highlights:
Maximum precision without heat input: Thanks to the fine adjustment of pulse width (20–500 ns) and frequency, the cleaning can be precisely tailored to sensitive surfaces.

Compact & flexible: The laser is housed in a robust enclosure and can be ideally used in mobile applications.

Extensive parameter control: Parameters such as laser power, scan speed, frequency, and track density (Spiral Series) can be precisely controlled via the intuitive 7-inch touch display.

Quick access to memory locations: Up to 5 user-defined work modes can be saved to allow quick switching between different cleaning requirements in everyday work.

Easy maintenance & care: Low maintenance thanks to reliable air cooling. Integrated preview laser for precise alignment of the cleaning area on the workpiece.
