Description:
The ERBA BPT 1000 dual-motor long trough vibratory finishing machine is ideally suited for ball polishing or processing heavy workpieces. Thanks to its two motors, it can handle even particularly heavy processing media and applies the necessary pressure to the workpieces.

It features a durable, hot-cast polyurethane lining. Discharge and separation are done by bottom discharge (manual/pneumatic). Optional partition walls can be inserted, allowing the working tank to be divided into compartments for individual part processing. The machine includes an electrical control cabinet and can be equipped with a fully automatic PLC process control system (optional). Motor speed can be infinitely adjusted by means of a frequency inverter (optional).
