ERBA EVP-RA 550 Rundvibrator mit Separierung

The EVP-RA 550 vibratory finishing machine from ERBA features an inclined process channel bottom with integrated separation. It is equipped with an easily exchangeable screening unit and delivers high operational efficiency thanks to the integrated drop step. Discharge and separation are performed via the integrated flap (manual or pneumatic operation). On request, a reinforced suspension and a more powerful motor can be installed for higher loads. The motor speed can be continuously regulated by a frequency converter (optional). The EVP-RA 550 can be linked with other machines via its lateral discharge system. The unit can also be equipped with a fully automatic PLC control system (optional).

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are renowned for their durability and longevity, based in part on the hot-cast polyurethane lining of the process chamber.
