The machine features a pressing force of 80 tons and is equipped with CNC control, allowing for easy input and repetition of bending programs. Thanks to the CNC-controlled backgauge (X and R axes) and synchronized hydraulic cylinders, high repeat accuracy and consistent bending quality are ensured.

With a stroke of approx. 180 mm, a throat depth of approximately 400 mm, and a distance between uprights of about 2050 mm, this press brake is suitable for a wide range of bending tasks. The machine is fitted with a powerful 7.5 kW hydraulic drive and has a solid construction with a weight of approximately 5,600 kg, ensuring stability during production.

Additionally, the machine is equipped with safety features such as light curtains and a foot pedal with emergency stop. The combination of user-friendly CNC control, solid build quality, and reliable performance makes this ERMAK press brake ideal for both workshops and industrial applications.
