The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing extensive flexibility for bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features ensuring simple and safe operation. The robust machine concept combined with precise CNC control ensures durable and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a wide variety of extension and equipment options for customization to your specific needs. The DELEM DA graphic CNC control allows convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated from an LCD touchscreen attached to the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain protect the operator. Press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated via the CNC control of the press brake.
